दुनिया का पहला हवाई जहाज बनाने वाला राइट ब्रदर्स नहीं बल्कि एक भारतीय था...
आपको बस यह पता है कि राइट ब्रदर्स ने अमेरिका के कैरोलीन तट पर 17 दिसम्बर सन् 1903 को यह कारनामा किया था, और उनका बनाया हवाई जहाज करीब 120 फीट की ऊँचायी तक उड़ कर गिर गया था। क्योंकि हमें यही पढ़ाया गया है लेकिन सच्चायी यह है कि एक भारतीय कई वर्षों पहले यह कारनामा कर चुका था। जिन्होंने सन् 1895 में बहुत बड़ा विमान बनाया था और उसे मुम्बई की चौपाटी के समुद्र तट पर उड़ाया था। यह हवाई जहाज 1500 फिट ऊपर उड़ा और तब नीचे आया था। इनका नाम “ शिवकर बापूजी तलपड़े" था ,जो मुम्बई के चिरा बाजार के रहने वाले थे और मुम्बई स्कूल ऑफ आर्ट्स के अध्यापक व वैदिक वैदिक विद्वान थे। उन्होंने महर्षि भारद्वाज द्वारा लिखे विमान शास्त्र नामक पुस्तक पढ़कर ऐसा किया था, जिसके 8 अध्याय में विमान बनाने की तकनीक का वर्णन है।
इस विमान का नाम शिवकर बापूजी तलपड़े ने 'मरुत्सखा' रखा था जिसका अर्थ 'हवा का मित्र' होता है। इस घटना को बाल गंगाधार तिलक ने अपने पंजाब केसरी के सम्पादकीय में भी जगह दी थी, साथ ही इस मौके पर दो अंग्रेज़ पत्रकार भी वहाँ मौजूद थे, और लन्दन के अखबारों में भी यह खबर छपी थी। तत्कालीन भारतीय जज महादेव गोविन्दा रानाडे और बरोडा के राज सय्याजी राव गायकवाड़ भी इस घटना के गवाह रहे थे।
18 वीं सदी से पहले पूरे विश्व में हवाई जहाज की कोई कल्पना भी नहीं थी, जब अंग्रेज़ भारत में आये तो उन्होंने हमारे धर्म ग्रन्थों को पढ़ने समझने के लिये संस्कृत सीखी।
लार्ड मकौले ने 25 वर्ष तक संस्कृत में हिन्दू ग्रन्थों का अध्यन किया। भारत को ज्ञान रूप से इतना समृद्ध देख कर उसको विश्वास हो गया कि बौद्धिक ज्ञान-विज्ञान की समृद्धि के वजह से वो लम्बे समय तक भारत को गुलाम बनाने में असफल रहेंगे.. अतः उसने हमारे धर्म ग्रन्थों में मिलावट तथा झूठी बातों का प्रचार प्रसार करना शुरू किया और राम और पुष्पक विमान को कोरी कल्पना कहना शुरू कर दिया। वो कहते कि दिखाओ कहा कुछ हवा में उड़ता है,यह रामायण काल्पनिक है।
शिवकर बापूजी तलपड़े ने इस कथित कल्पना को सत्य सिद्ध करने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी और अंग्रेज़ों के सामने गुलामी के काल में ही अपने संस्कृत व वेद-उपनिषद के ज्ञान से विश्व का सबसे पहला हवाई जहाज बना के दिखा दिया था।
लेकिन इस घटना के बाद वे हमेशा अंग्रेज़ों के नज़रों में खटकते रहे और उनकी साज़िशों का शिकार होकर गुमनाम हो गये...!
The world's first airplane maker was not Wright Brothers but an Indian.
You just know that the Wright Brothers did this feat on December 17, 1903, on the Caroline Coast of America, and the airplane made by them flew to a height of about 120 feet and fell. Because this is what we have been taught but the truth is that an Indian had done this feat many years back. Who made a huge plane in 1895 and flew it on the beach of Chowpatty in Mumbai. This airplane flew up to 1500 feet and then came down. His name was "Shivkar Bapuji Talpade", who was a resident of Chira Bazar, Mumbai and a teacher of the Mumbai School of Arts and a Vedic scholar. He did this after reading a book called Vimana Shastra written by Maharishi Bhardwaj, in which 8 chapters deal with aircraft. The manufacturing techniques are described.
This aircraft was named 'Marutsakha' by Shivkar Bapuji Talpade which means 'friend of the wind'. This incident was also given place by Bal Gangadhar Tilak in his Punjab Kesari editorial, along with two English journalists were also present there on this occasion, and this news was also published in the newspapers of London. The then Indian Judge Mahadev Govinda Ranade and Raj Sayyaji Rao Gaekwad of Baroda were also witnesses of this incident.
Before the 18th century, there was no idea of airplanes in the whole world, when the British came to India, they learned Sanskrit to read and understand our religious texts.
Lord Macaulay studied Hindu texts in Sanskrit for 25 years. Seeing India so rich in knowledge, he was convinced that due to the richness of intellectual knowledge and science, he would be unsuccessful in enslaving India for a long time.. So he tried to adulterate our religious books and spread false things. Started and started calling Ram and Pushpak Vimana empty imagination. They used to say that show where something flies in the air, this Ramayana is imaginary.
Shivkar Bapuji Talpade left no stone unturned to prove this alleged fantasy to be true and had shown the world's first airplane in front of the British with his knowledge of Sanskrit and Vedas-Upanishads during the period of slavery.
But after this incident, he always remained in the eyes of the British and became anonymous after being a victim of their intrigues...!
